Names for translated images

Whats the plan when naming new images with translated text in? I think the name "languagecode-originalname.ext" works, for example Sv-Wikimini-Logo-alternatif.png for Wikimini-Logo-alternatif.png, does that work or do you have any other ideas? /Haxpett 07:48, 19 September 2013 (UTC)
